レース当日に先立ち、アスリートの皆様には事前受付をご案内しています。
以下のスケジュールと会場をご確認ください。

2026年1月28日（水）Puma Store Osaka - 心斎橋

11:00am - 8:00pm：1月30日金曜日にレースに出場するすべての選手がチェックイン可能です。

2026年1月29日（木）Puma Store Osaka - 心斎橋
11:00am - 8:00pm：1月30日金曜日にレースに出場するすべての選手がチェックイン可能です

2026年1月30日（金）インテックス大阪
7:00am以降：1月30日金曜日にレースに出場するすべての選手がチェックイン可能です。
4:00pm - 9:00pm：1月31日土曜日のMEN’S OPEN または WOMEN’S OPEN に出場する選手がチェックイン可能です。
すべてのアダプティブ部門の選手はヘルプデスクにてチェックインしてください。
（残りのリレー部門の選手は、混雑が予想されますので、可能な限り午後4時前にチェックインすることを強く推奨します）

2026年1月31日（土）INTEX Osaka
7:00am以降：1月31日土曜日にレースに出場するすべての選手がチェックイン可能です。
4:00pm - 9:00pm：2月1日日曜日のMEN’S OPENに出場する選手がチェックイン可能です。
すべてのアダプティブ部門の選手はヘルプデスクにてチェックインしてください。

2026年2月1日（日）INTEX Osaka
7:00am以降：2月1日日曜日にレースに出場するすべての選手がチェックイン可能です。

• 当日持参物：顔付き身分証明書、HYROX公式から届くQRコード

※混雑が予想されるため、受付までにお時間をいただく場合がございます。お時間に余裕をもってご来店いただけますようご協力をお願いいたします。

重要なご案内

金曜日にDOUBLES WOMEN部門でレースに出場する場合、金曜日のレース当日をスムーズに進めるため、水曜日または木曜日にチェックインすることを強く推奨します。

土曜日にMEN’S OPENおよびWOMEN’S OPEN部門でレースに出場する場合、土曜日のレース当日をスムーズに進めるため、金曜日にチェックインすることを強く推奨します。

日曜日にMEN’S OPEN部門でレースに出場する場合、日曜日のレース当日をスムーズに進めるため、土曜日にチェックインすることを強く推奨します。

その他の部門に出場する場合、事前登録の列の混雑状況によっては、事前登録でのチェックインが許可されない場合があります。

チェックイン時に、選手にはレーサーリストバンド、観戦者リストバンド、計測チップ、アンクルストラップが配布されます。計測チップを紛失した場合、再発行には9,010円（サービス料6％込み）が請求されます。セキュリティ上の理由から、リストバンドはスタッフが手首に装着し、イベント期間中は外さないでください。アーリーチェックインを利用する場合、レース当日に上記すべてを必ずお持ちください。

リストバンドは、ご自身が出場予定のレース当日のみ会場への入場が可能です。別日にレースホールへ入場を希望する場合は、観戦チケットを購入する必要があります。観戦チケットはオンラインで購入できます。観戦用QRコードを持って観戦者チェックインエリアへ進み、チェックインを行い観戦用リストバンドを受け取ってください。

まだチェックインを済ませていないが、早い時間帯にレースを行う友人を応援したい場合、観戦者チェックインにてレーサー用QRコードをスキャンすることで観戦用リストバンドを受け取り、レースホールに入場することができます。その後、ご自身のチェックインを完了するために、改めてアスリートチェックインへ戻る必要があります。これは、ご自身のレース当日のみ適用されます。別日に入場する場合は、観戦チケットを購入する必要があります。

複数の部門に出場する場合、同時にチェックインできるのは1レースのみです。2レース目のチェックインは、1レース目を終了した後に行ってください。事前登録会場では登録内容の変更はできませんので、ご不明点がある場合はカスタマーサービス（info@hyroxjp.com）までお問い合わせください。

(We highly recommend that all remaining Relay racers check in before 4:00 PM)

7:00am onwards: All SATURDAY racers are invited to check in.

4:00pm - 9:00pm: SUNDAY MENS OPEN racers are invited to check in.

• Eligibility: AirAsia HYROX Osaka 2026 athletes racing on Friday, January 30 only

• Registration: Wristbands will be issued upon presentation of a photo ID and the official HYROX QR code

• Items to bring: Photo ID and the official HYROX QR code

IMPORTANT REMINDERS!

Please note athletes are not allowed to check in on behalf of their partners or team members.

 
If you are racing in the DOUBLES WOMEN division on Friday, we also highly recommend that you opt to check-in on Wednesday or Thursday to ensure a smooth race day experience on Friday.

If you are racing in the MENS OPEN and WOMENS OPEN division on Saturday, we also highly recommend that you opt to check-in on Friday to ensure a smooth race day experience on Saturday.

If you are racing in the MENS OPEN division on Sunday, we also highly recommend that you opt to check-in on Saturday to ensure a smooth race day experience on Sunday.

If you are in any of the other divisions, depending on how busy the Pre-registration line is, you may not be permitted to check-in at Pre-registration.

Athletes will receive their racer wristband, spectator wristband, timing chip, and ankle strap upon check-in. A lost timing chip fee of JPY 9010 (inclusive of 6% service fee) will be charged for a replacement. For security reasons, wristbands will be placed on your wrist by staff and must remain there for the duration of the event. Please ensure you have all the above items with you on race day if you are utilising the early check-in option.

Your wristbands provide access to the venue exclusively on the day of your scheduled race. If you wish to enter the race hall on other days, you will need to purchase a spectator ticket. These can be purchased online HERE. Please proceed to the spectator check-in area with your spectator QR code to check-in and collect your spectator wristband.

Racers who have not checked in yet but would like to support friends racing in earlier waves can scan their racer QR code at the spectator check-in to receive their spectator band to enter the race hall. You will still need to return to athlete check-in later to complete your own check-in process. Reminder this only applies for your scheduled race day. To enter the hall on other days, you will need to purchase a spectator ticket.

If you are racing in more than one division, you can only check-in for one race at a time, please check-in for your second race ONLY after you have finished your first race. Please note that we are not able to make any changes to your registration onsite at pre-registration, please inquire via our customer service info@hyroxjp.com for any questions.
